the adventures of posey and siriana 2: the bumbo

kelly introduced me to the useful (and funny-looking) infant seat called the bumbo. it helps babies have good head control and starts the process of learning to sit up. our babies both tend to go back and forth on their feelings of the bumbo, thus creating an adventure.


posey: “i’m too sexy for this chair, too sexy for this chair…. oh siriana, you’ve got to try this fabulous chair… and i’ll sit in your little bouncer while you try it out. (hehehehe).”

 
 
 
 


siri: “ummm. posey, i’m not so sure ’bout this. you make it look purty fun, but i think i like my bouncer better.”

 
 
 
 


posey: “oh darling, you look fabulous, you’re a natural. you’re having way more fun than i am…weeeee… eh hem, i mean, whooaa!”
siri: “oh please po, i’ll do anything… i’ll rap my slammin’ awesome song that i wrote for you…”

 
 
 
 


    siri: “a wiggity wiggity wo, bumbo, bumbo
          po po, you always on the go go
          and your hair sticks up like you don’t know.
          po po, you laugh like you in slo mo
          takin my toy was a real low blow…
          po po you…”
    posey: “is that really suppose to impress me.”



 
 
 
 


siri: “why!!! why did i eat so much before sitting in this blasted bumbo!”
posey: “sorry siri, even though you are my best girl-friend and you busta those rhymes like a pro, i just can’t go back to the bumbo.”

siri: “doesn’t it feel good to be bummin’ in our pjs?”
posey: “bummin? i don’t know about you, but I’m stylin’ in up in my extremity encasing overnight sleepwear.”
